The vision of Kevin Seawright

Kevin Seawright is the President and founder of RPS solutions LLC firm. This is a Baltimore-based organisation that majors on asset management, acquisition, development, sale of assets and governmental contracting in financially stressed neighbourhoods.

RPS Solutions LLC was founded in early 2015 and has since been renovating and constructing homes to offer affordable apartments for first-time home-buyers in the vast Baltimore area.

Kevin stated that since his early childhood, he had the passion for making homeownership for Baltimore residents easier. He lives for the idea that homeownership is a vital factor of wealth development and also appreciates the fact that it is a valuable component in providing stability and harmony to declining neighbourhoods.

The firm has partnered with Baltimore City Officials and Housing and Community Development to completely renovate houses desired with first time home buyers who have not met the qualifications for homeownership.

A recent success story involves the only son of Kevin Seawright longtime friend. Jerel Brown’s mother has known Seawright since they were ten years old and worked alongside each other at the Baltimore City Housing Department.

Despite several work experiences, Jerel still found it tough and continually kept being shut out from the housing industry. Jerel said that due to his budget, he could not find an upgraded apartment that he could afford.

Jerel Brown jumped at the chance of owning a renovated house in Baltimore Metro area when he was approached by Kevin. Jerel said that he was over the moon with the idea of owning his first house. The houses were similar to the ones advertised on magazines.

Kevin Seawright was honoured to be able to help such a hardworking young soul that was finding hard to achieve his long-term goal of homeownership. He felt satisfied to support someone he had mentored since his youthful days.

According to Crunchbase, Kevin Seawright is an administrative and financial operations leader mostly based in Baltimore. His company RPS Solutions aims at growing the total number of homeowners to surpass the modern day rate of forty-eight percent.

He has worked in several institutions like education, local government and real estate development in different capacities.
