Todd Lubar ventured into the industry of real estate in 1995 immediately after graduating with a speech communication degree from Syracuse University. Several factors propelled him into starting a career in real estate including his fascination with the industry and his desire to assist others. When Todd opened his firm, he stood a better chance to form strong relationships with experienced individuals especially in all areas involving construction. This made things easy for him to produce high-quality products on time. He then opened Charter Funding, a subsidiary of First Magnus Financial Corporation. The establishment of this affiliation allowed Todd to grow his business further.

After being in the industry of real estate for about 12 years, Todd realized that there was a large group of underserved customers. This led him to establish an affiliate of Legendary Properties, Legendary Financial, LLC. Under the division of finance, Todd lends to companies and individuals allowing him to loan to the individuals’ traditional lending sources fail to notice. Todd has taken part in 7,000 plus lending and real estate transactions. Therefore, he has the technical know-how required to assess the risks of all loan situations and make the most appropriate credit decisions. Back in 2007 and 2008, Todd was involved in other areas of business such as automatic recycling of scrap metal and commercial demolition.

Presently, Todd Lubar lives in Bethesda Maryland with his two beautiful children. His hobbies include traveling and spending time with his children. His main objective is to become a better person in future than he is today.
